스튜디오 이온이 2025년 2월 10일, 교육부와 한국연구재단이 지원하는 ‘글로벌 K-컬처 선도융합인재양성사업단’으로부터 ‘글로벌영상콘텐츠 기업협의체’로 선정되어 인증서를 받았습니다. 

본 사업단은 **HUSS(인문사회 융합인재양성사업) 글로벌 문화 분야를 주관하는 5개 대학 연합체(단국대학교, 동서대학교, 원광대학교, 청강문화산업대학교, 한서대학교)**로, 3년간 90억 원 규모의 지원을 통해 운영됩니다.

이번 인증은 스튜디오 이온이 글로벌 콘텐츠 시장에서 거둔 성과와 이를 기반으로 한 경쟁력을 인정받은 결과로 현재 스튜디오 이온은 MGA 엔터테인먼트와 협력하여 ‘아머드사우루스’ 북미판을 제작 중이며, 헐리우드 메이저 제작진과 함께 2025년 공개 예정인 3D 애니메이션을 공동 제작하고 있습니다. 또한, 2026년 월드컵을 겨냥한 ‘티키타카-와일드크라운컵’의 투자유치 라운드를 진행하며 글로벌 IP 사업을 확장하고 있습니다.

한편, 스튜디오 이온은 이러한 글로벌 활동을 기반으로 지난해 NIPA ‘수출유망 강소기업 육성사업’에서 IR PITCH COMPETITION 1위를 차지하며 뛰어난 사업성과를 입증하였고, 우수사례 기업으로 선정되는 성과를 거두기도 했습니다.

이번 인증을 통해 스튜디오 이온은 사업단과 협력하여 글로벌 콘텐츠 산업 내 다양한 프로젝트를 추진할 기회를 확보하게 되었습니다. 앞으로도 지속적인 네트워크 확장과 글로벌 시장 내 경쟁력 강화를 목표로 적극적인 행보를 이어갈 예정입니다.

On February 10, 2025, Studio EON received official certification as a "Global Visual Content Corporate Partner" from the Global K-Culture Convergence Talent Development Project, supported by the Ministry of Education and the National Research Foundation of Korea.

This initiative is led by a consortium of five universities (Dankook University, Dongseo University, Wonkwang University, Cheonggang University of Culture and Industry, and Hanseo University) as part of the HUSS (Humanities and Social Sciences Convergence Talent Development Project) in the Global Culture Sector. It will be operated with a 90 billion KRW budget over three years.

This certification recognizes Studio EON's achievements in the global content market and its growing competitive edge.

Currently, Studio EON is producing the North American version of Armored Saurus in collaboration with MGA Entertainment and co-producing a 3D animated feature film with major Hollywood creators, scheduled for release in 2025.

Additionally, the studio is expanding its global IP business, leading an investment round for Tiki-Taka: Wild Crown Cup, a full 3D animation targeting the 2026 World Cup.

Meanwhile, leveraging its global activities, Studio EON demonstrated outstanding business performance by winning 1st place in the IR Pitch Competition under NIPA's "Export-Promising Small Giants Nurturing Project" last year. The company was also recognized as an exemplary case enterprise, further solidifying its industry leadership.

With this certification, Studio EON has secured opportunities to collaborate with the project consortium and drive various initiatives within the global content industry. Moving forward, the company will continue to expand its network and strengthen its competitiveness in the global market through proactive efforts.
