스튜디오이온이 브릭스튜디오와 애니메이션 공동기획 및 개발을 위한 파트너십을 체결했다. 독창적인 애니메이션 장르를 개척하는 스튜디오이온의 강대일 감독과 애니메이션 기획 및 연출의 새로운 활로를 열고 있는 우경민 감독의 만남으로 차기작에 대한 기대가 더욱 커지게 됐다. 

이번 협업을 통해 기존과 차별화된 내용의 작품을 선보이며 애니메이션 시장의 영향력을 공고히 해 나갈 계획이다. 양사는 일반 기업들을 대상으로 해당 회사에 맞는 캐릭터 제작과 그에 관련된 스토리, 세계관을 구축하기 위해 콘텐츠 외주 제작을 함께 추진하기로 결정했다. 

강대일 감독은 히트작 ‘콩순이’, ‘아이언 키드’, ‘드림킥스’ 등 내로라하는 작품들의 총괄 기획 및 제작, 연출을 맡아 흥행을 이끈 바 있다. 매번 참신하면서도 독창적인 콘텐츠를 선보이며 해외시장을 성공적으로 공략했으며 작품성까지 인정 받아 ‘대한민국 문화콘텐츠 수출 대상 애니메이션 부문’을 수상했다. 우경민 감독은 5분 길이 단편 영상으로 세계적 주목을 받은 ‘자니 익스프레스’의 주인공으로 첫 데뷔작부터 영상 업로드 2주 만에 2백만 뷰 달성을 기록했다. 이후 발표한 마카앤로니 또한 좋은 평가를 받으며 창의적이고 풍부한 스토리텔링 능력을 통해 시장에서 주목 받고 있다. 한편, 스튜디오이온은 독창적인 버추얼 프로덕션 파이프라인을 통해 기존 3D 애니메이션의 높은 퀄리티와 제작기간을 단축시킨 영유아 애니메이션부터 하이브리드 영상 콘텐츠까지 다수의 작품을 기획, 제작할 예정이다.

Studio EON has entered into a partnership with Brick Studio for the joint planning and development of animation projects. The collaboration brings together Director Kang Dae-il of Studio EON, known for pioneering unique animation genres, and Director Woo Kyung-min, who is opening new avenues in animation planning and directing. This partnership has heightened expectations for their upcoming projects.

Through this collaboration, they plan to introduce works with differentiated content, solidifying their influence in the animation market. The two companies have also decided to jointly pursue content outsourcing projects, aiming to create tailored characters, stories, and universes for various corporate clients.

Director Kang Dae-il has led the planning, production, and direction of hit works such as "Kongsuni," "Iron Kid," and "Dream Kix," achieving commercial success. He has consistently presented fresh and original content, successfully targeting overseas markets and receiving recognition for the artistic quality of his works, winning the Animation Division of the Korea Cultural Content Export Award. Director Woo Kyung-min gained global attention with his debut short film "Johnny Express," which garnered 2 million views within two weeks of its release. His subsequent work, "Maca & Roni," also received positive reviews, highlighting his creative and rich storytelling abilities.

Meanwhile, Studio EON plans to leverage its unique virtual production pipeline to shorten the production time and enhance the quality of traditional 3D animations. They will be planning and producing a variety of works, ranging from preschool animations to hybrid video content.
